If the State minimum wage is higher than the Fed minimum wage, do both posters have to be up at work ?

If the State minimum wage is higher than the Federal minimum wage, do both State and Federal minimum wage workplace posters have to be displayed ? We have the State poster and the IWC poster up but not the federal one. Thanks !
